Abstract (en)
Valve bodies (5,11) are moved from a closed to an open position. One valve (4,5) is positioned in the air inlet duct (2,4) for the combustion air and the other valve (11,12) is positioned in the gas inlet duct (12,13). Each valve body has a flow duct (4,12). A pressure regulator (19) in the gas inlet pipe (20) plots the inlet gas pressure in a preset ratio to the inlet air pressure. A readjusting spring (18) with adjustable spring force is positioned between the valve housing (1,16) and the two valve bodies. The two valve bodies are connected by the same valve spindle (10) which has guides (14,15).

Bei einem kombinierten Luft/Brennstoffventil mit Doppelventilkörper (5, 11) liegen beide Ventilkörper jeweils im Einlaßkanal der Verbrennungsluft bzw. des Brenngases. Sie sind durch eine Ventilstange (10) miteinander verbunden und derart bemessen, daß ein einmal eingestelltes Gas/Luft-Verhältnis unabhängig von der jeweiligen Ventilstellung aufrechterhalten bleibt. Die Ventilstellung und damit der Gesamtdurchlaß bestimmt sich durch den von einem Gebläse am Gemischauslaß (3) erzeugten, der geforderten Brennerlast entsprechenden Unterdruck. Das Ventil benötigt weder einen besonderen Antrieb für den Doppelschließkörper, noch ändert sich das Gas/Luft-Verhältnis, falls infolge erhöhter Reibung eine Änderung der Abhängigkeit der Ventilkörperstellung vom Unterdruck am Gemischauslaß (3) eintreten sollte. <IMAGE>
