Abstract (en)
The control circuit has a charging stage for charging a capacitor (2) and a discharge stage in parallel with the latter, containing at least one HV switch (4) and the pulsed sound source (1). The discharge stage has a limiting circuit, for limiting the time duration of the electrical oscillation exhibited by the pulsed sound source, in response to the stored charge transferred from the capacitor upon closure of the switch. Pref. the limiting circuit is provided by a short-circuit loop (7, 8, 9) in parallel with the capacitor and the pulsed sound source, containing a second HV switch (7), with a trigger circuit for the switch operated after the limited time duration.

Die Erfindung betrifft die Verbesserung einer Ansteuerschaltung für Hochleistungsimpulsschallquellen (2). Einem von einem Stoßkondensator (2) über einen Hochspannungsschalter (4) zur Impulsschallquelle führenden Entladekreis ist eine Begrenzerschaltung, z.B. ein Kurzschlußkreis (7,8,9) zugeordnet. Diese begrenzt die Zeitdauer der von der im Stoßkondensator (2) gespeicherten Ladung nach dem Schließen des ersten Hochspannungsschalters (4) an der Impulsschallquelle (1) erzeugten elektrischen Schwingung auf einen bestimmten Wert, so daß die elektrische Erregung und damit der mechanisch elektrische Verschleiß auf das zur Abstrahlung des Druckpulses erforderliche Minimum reduziert werden. <IMAGE>
