Abstract (en)
An insulating body is formed of lower and upper parts (1,2) enclosing rows of contact chambers (7) into which springs are inserted having a contact portion (3), a fixing section (4), a twist region (5) and two shoulders (8,9). The connection region with pins (6) protruding from the lower part (1) of the body is twisted through an angle of 75 to 105 deg. w.r.t. the remainder of the contact spring so that its shoulders co-operate with surfaces (10,11) of the body.

Um die Federleiste durch einen von oben auf sie drückenden flachen Stempel einpressen zu können, weisen die Kontaktfedern im Anschlußbereich jeweils zwei Einpreßschultern (8, 9) auf. Damit die Kontaktfedern in Einpreßrichtung von oben in den unteren (1) Isolierstoffkörperteil bestückbar sind, ist jeweils der Anschlußbereich mit einem festen Winkel zum restlichen Teil der Kontaktfeder derart tordiert, daß die Einpreßschultern (8, 9) mit im unteren (1) Isolierstoffkörperteil ausgebildeten Einpreßflächen (10, 11) zusammenwirken. <IMAGE>
