Abstract (en)
A device is claimed for supplying an inert gas to the inner refractory nozzle (10) for a bottom casting metallurgical vessel (1). The inner nozzle (10) incorporates a vertical body (15) delimiting a casting channel (16), a base plate (17) and some means (19,20) for diffusing the inert gas in the casting channel (16). The device consists of at least one supply orifice (21) situated on the external face of the base plate (17) and connected to the means (19,20) of diffusion by at least one conduit (22) cut in the refractory material of the inner nozzle (10) and at least one connection nipple (25) connected to some means of supplying inert gas. It is supported by some means of chocking the inner nozzle (10) and designed to be applied against the supply orifice (21) by some elastic compression components (29).

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif d'alimentation en gaz inerte d'une busette interne (10) en matériau réfractaire pour récipients métallurgiques (1) de coulée vers le bas, la busette interne comportant un corps vertical (15) délimitant un canal de coulée (16), une embase (17) et des moyens (19, 20) de diffusion du gaz inerte dans le canal de coulée (16). Le dispositif comprend au moins un orifice d'alimentation (21) situé sur la face externe de l'embase et relié aux moyens (19, 20) de diffusion par au moins un conduit (22) ménagé dans le matériau réfractaire de la busette interne (10) et au moins un embout de connexion (25) relié à des moyens de fourniture du gaz inerte, supporté par des moyens de calage de la busette interne (10) et destiné à être appliqué sur ledit orifice d'alimentation (21) par des organes élastiques de compression (29). <IMAGE>
