Abstract (en)
The mechanism, for a perforating cylinder (1), acts along a transverse fold line, a holder being provided for the perforating blade (3). The latter consists of a series of individual perforation knives (8,9) in a row running in the axial direction of the perforating cylinder. Each knife can have a straight perforating section and one inclined to it in the direction of rotation (C) of the cylinder and towards a line (11) bisecting the cylinder in the transverse direction of the latter. There can be an inclined perforating section to each end of the straight one.

Für eine Einrichtung zum Querperforieren von Signaturen ist ein Perforiermesser (3) vorgesehen, bei welchem nach Beschädigung eines Perforierzahnes nicht die gesamte Perforiermesserleiste (3) ausgetauscht werden muß. Erfindungsgemäß geschieht dies dadurch, daß die Perforiermesserleiste (3) aus einer Mehrzahl von in axialer Richtung des Perforierzylinders (1) aneinanderreihbaren Einzelperforiermessern (8,9) besteht. Zweckmäßigerweise besteht ein Einzelperforiermesser (8,9) aus einem geraden (13) und mindestens einem abgewinkelten (17,18) perforierenden Teil. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
