Abstract (en)
The refrigerator door (3) is hinged on the main body (1) by conventional hinges. The amount the door can be opened is limited by a control arm (5) hinged on the top edge of the door and with its free end having a sliding fit in one of two angled guide slots (7,8) in the body. The outer ends of the two slots determine the open angles of the door. To change the maximum open angle, the sliding end of the control arm is located into the appropriate slot. A threaded fastening into an inner support plate secures the fitting. Alternately the free end of the control arm can be slotted and fitted around the shaft of a threaded fastener screwed into the body.

Die Gelenkverbindung zwischen der Tür (3) und einem Korpusteil (1) eines Kühl- oder Gefriergeräts ist üblicherweise mit einem den Öffnungswinkel der Tür begrenzenden Anschlag versehen. Um den größtmöglichen Öffnungswinkel der Tür in einfacher Weise einstellen zu können, ist an der Tür ein Lenker (5,11) angelenkt und das Korpusteil mit mindestens zwei Führungen (7,8) versehen, in die wahlweise ein mit dem anderen Ende des Lenkers verbundenes Gleitstück (6) einsetzbar ist. Die Enden der Führungen bilden unterschiedliche Öffnungswinkel der Tür begrenzende Anschläge für das Gleitstück. Die Schwenkachse des Lenkers (4) oder die Mittellinie der Langlöcher weisen einen Abstand von der Schwenkachse der Tür (2) auf. <IMAGE>
