[origin: DE4434643C1] The bed comprises fluid-filled hollow body support elements (4c,6) between the mattress support (2) and the mattress (3). Walls of the support elements offer little expansion and their longitudinal extension (HL) is less than the length (LSL) of the bed. These hollow body elements rest detachably on the mattress support (2) at least underneath the back and seat of the reclining user. They are placed next to each other in the longitudinal and/or transverse directions of the bed but have no contact with each other along their lengths. Further support elements in the form of elastic plates (7) are placed on any area of the mattress support surface not covered by the hollow bodies. An air-permeable cover (12) can be fixed on the mattress support (2) and has a touch and close fastener for connecting with underneath of hollow body supports.

Es wird ein Liegesystem mit einer handelsüblichen Stützvorrichtung (2) für eine auf diese lose aufgelegte Matratze (3) beschrieben, bei dem Hohlkörperelemente (4) mit dehnungsarmer Wandung und mit einer Längserstreckung (HL), die geringer ist als die Länge (LSL) des Liegesystems, lösbar auf die Stützvorrichtung (2) aufgelegt sind mindestens unterhalb des Liegebereiches des Rückens des Benutzers, und zwar nebeneinander in Systemlängsrichtung und/oder Systemquerrichtung, wobei sie im Bereich ihrer Längsseiten zueinander keine Berührung haben. Soweit es für einen Stützhöhenausgleich erforderlich ist, sind auf von Hohlkörperelementen (4) nicht abgedeckten Bereichen der Auflagefläche der Stützvorrichtung (2) weitere Stützelemente (5,6) in Form von Platten aus elastischem Material abgelegt. <IMAGE>
