Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0704404A1] The platform (2) is guided parallel to the base frame (1), while one or more lifting members (9) are each in the shape of a segment of a circle and contain a curved guide track (9a). The lifting members are coupled to a drive mechanism. Guides (10a,10b,11a,11b) engage with the tracks. A component (14) at the top end of each member works in a track on the platform or in the guide mechanism (15) keeping the latter parallel to the base frame.
