Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0705054A2] The system has a sound source (10) coupled to 2 separate stereo channels, with the output signals (L, R) fed to the latter each split into front and rear tone signals, fed to 4 output channels (AK1,...AK4). The signals provided by the output channels are combined in pairs by 3 adders (12.1, 12.2, 12.3), the obtained sum signals fed via respective A/D converters (14.1, 14.2, 14.3) to a quotient circuit (20) controlling multipliers (M1,...M4) in parallel tone signal channels (SK22, SK23, SK32, SK33), providing the left and right front and rear tone signals.
