Abstract (en)
The filling process for bottles (7) takes place in a filling system with a filling element (1), issuing aperture (12) and fluid channel (10) with fluid valve (16), and at least one gas path (13). The washing in the pre-handling stage consists of a first wash and a later second wash, done entirely by steam. The first stage of each wash consists of evacuating the bottle, then introducing a preset amount of steam. This takes place independently of the power supply driving the filling system. A final evacuation takes place after the last wash. The introduction of the steam is time-controlled.

Bei einem Verfahren zum Füllen von Flaschen oder dergl. Behälter mit einem flüssigen Füllgut unter Gegendruck erfolgt in einer dem Vorspannen des jeweiligen Behälters vorausgehenden Vorbehandlungsphase zeitlich folgend wenigstens ein erstes Spülen und ein zweites Spülen des Innenraumes des jeweiligen Behälters durch gesteuertes Einleiten einer vorbestimmten Menge an Dampf mit jeweils einer vorausgehenden und anschließenden Beaufschlagung des Innenraumes mit einem Unterdruck. <IMAGE>
