Abstract (en)

The hollow space floor intermediate floor (1) is formed by a sheet (7) of polymer material and the filling material (6) of a cavity (4) has a load ability of at least 4000 N. The filling material is retained adhesively in the cavities. The filling material and the edge areas (5) adjoining the openings (8) of the cavities have a surface union. The edge areas have a channel (9) which improves their shape resistance. The filling material is formed by a polyurethane foam and has a space wt. of 50 to 120 kg/m3. The filling material can also be formed by one-piece rubber-cork bodies. The cavities are blunt-conical in shape and are provided with reinforcement ribs extending along the complete height (11) of the cavities and equally distributed in a peripheral direction.

Hohlraumboden, umfassend einen profilierten Zwischenboden (1), der zwischen einem Ober- (2) und einem Unterboden (3) angeordnet und plattenförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei der Zwischenboden (1) topfförmige Vertiefungen (4) aufweist, die durch im wesentlichen ebene Randbereiche (5) miteinander verbunden sind. Die Vertiefungen (4) sind mit einem schalldämmenden Füllstoff (6) ausgefüllt. <IMAGE>
