Abstract (en)
The bladed rotor (1) has blade roots (3) and corresponding blade root cavities (2) are christmas tree shaped. The free shape gives rise to multiple teeth (10, 20) and matching cavities (11, 21). The combination produces multiple load bearing surfaces (F) that are angled. Each of the teeth and cavities can be described in terms of a large (R2) and small (R1) constant radius curve, joined together by the load bearing surface. The angle (W) between a tangent (T) to the curve at the point (A, B) where it joins the load surface, and the surface itself is at least 40 degrees. The profile of the teeth and cavities is a combination of the curves (22, 24) and the adjoining flats (23, 25).

Bei einem beschaufelten Rotor (1) einer Turbomaschine sind die Schaufelfüsse (3) und die Schaufelnuten tannenbaumförmig mit mehreren Kerben (10, 21) und Zacken (11, 20) ausgeformt. Dadurch bilden sich mehrere schräg verlaufende tragende Flächen (F). Die an die tragenden Flächen anschliessenden Kerben (10, 21) im Schaufelfuss (3) und in der Schaufelnut werden im wesentlichen durch einen ersten Kurvenradius (R1) und einen zweiten Kurvenradius (R2) beschrieben. Der an die tragende Fläche (F) anschliessende erste Kurvenradius (R1) ist kleiner als der zweite Kurvenradius (R2). Der Oeffnungswinkel (W) zwischen einer Tangente (T), die an den durch den ersten Kurvenradius (R1) beschriebenen Kreisbogen (22) am Endpunkt (A, B) der tragenden Fläche anliegt, und der tragenden Fläche (F) beträgt mindestens vierzig Grad. <IMAGE>
