Abstract (en)
Each stack (10) is transported and its enclosing strap (11) cut through and removed, esp. in conjunction with a packing machine. The knife (23) is inserted at the upright portion of the strap and between sheets at the stack top. The strap is cut through immediately below its top transverse portion (14) by relative movement between knife and stack in the lengthwise direction of the upright portion (12) of the strap. Pressure can be exerted on the top of the stack and/or the transverse portion of the strap at the side furthest from the knife. This causes the top sheets and/or the transverse portion of the strap to lift slightly at the side towards the knife.

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Durchtrennen von jeweils einen Zuschnitt-Stapel (10) umgebenden Banderolen (11) und zur Beseitigung der Banderolen (11). Zuschnitt-Stapel (10) sind zur Gewährleistung eines besseren Zusammenhalts von einer streifenförmigen Banderole (11) umgeben. Diese wird im Bereich einer Banderolen-Station (19) durch ein horizontal bewegbares Messer (23) abgetrennt. Das Messer (23) tritt im oberen Bereich eines aufrechten Schenkels (12) der Banderole (11) zwischen oberen Zuschnitten des Zuschnitt-Stapels (10) ein und wird entlang einer Führungsschiene (25) bewegt unter Durchtrennen der Banderole (11). Diese wird anschließend durch eine Zugkraft nach unten weggezogen. <IMAGE>
