The connecting point (11) of the handle (10) to the stamper (8) lies above a point which is the crossing point of a given line (L). It runs at right angles to the centreline (A) of the stamper. The extension (10b) of the handle carries a counterweight (12). The division of the masses, over the handle and its extension, is so that the product of the mass of the counterweight times the two lengths (lv, lva) which determine its position, divided by the product of the mass of the stamper times the lengths (lB, lBa), which define its position is 0.6 to 1.5.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Vibrationsstampfer (1) zur Bodenverdichtung mit einem vom Stampferkopf (8) abgehenden Führungsbügel (10), der elastisch am Stampfer (1) angelenkt ist. Dabei befindet sich der Anlenkpunkt (11) des Führungsbügels (10) am Stampferkopf (8) oberhalb eines vom Griffbereich des Bügels (10) ausgehenden gedachten Lotes (L) auf die Stampfer-Längsachse (A) und der Bügel weist eine spezielle Massenverteilung hinsichtlich seines Anlenkpunktes (11) auf. <IMAGE>
