The relay has a coil core (14) carrying a relay winding (24) and attached to a L-shaped magnetic yoke (12) at one end, the other arm of the yoke having a magnetic armature pivoted about a given axis (32). The length of the coil core between the bearing surface (16) contacting the yoke and its opposite end face is determined in dependence on the position of the armature pivot axis relative to the bottom surface (34) of the magnetic yoke, for exact positioning of the pivot axis relative to one of the coil core pole faces (22).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektromagnetisches Relais mit einem eine Spule (24) tragenden Spulenkern (14), der an seinem einen Ende mit einem L-förmigen Magnetjoch (12) verbunden ist, an dessen anderem Schenkel ein Klappanker (26) um eine Schwenkachse (32) schwenkbar gelagert ist. Um ein genau definiertes und für die Relais einer Serie übereinstimmendes Schaltverhalten zu erzielen, schlägt die Erfindung vor, die Länge des Spulenkerns (14) durch Stauchen in Abhängigkeit von der Höhe der Schwenkachse (32) über einer Grundfläche (34) des Magnetjochs (12), an welcher der Spulenkern (14) befestigt ist, herzustellen, so daß die Lage des Klappankers (26) zu einer Polfläche (22) des Spulenkerns (14) exakt festgelegt ist. <IMAGE>
