Abstract (en)
The pump consists of a cylindrical body (1) with a lower intake (2) and inlet valve (12), a collar (6) to retain a spring (5) and a piston (2) with a nozzle (3) which has its outlet channel controlled by a valve (4). The nozzle has an inner shoulder (33) at its upper end, and a lower end which broadens beneath the collar, forming a cap (30) which engages with the upper end of the piston (2) to form an inner chamber (26) containing the outlet valve(4). The lower part (22) of the piston has an axial channel (23) which acts a seat for the outlet valve. The outlet valve (4) and its spring (41) are fitted into the nozzle from its lower end before the piston is fitted.

L'invention a pour objet une pompe miniature pour produits tels que cosmétiques ou pharmaceutiques. Cette pompe comprend un corps cylindrique (1) à prise basse équipée d'une soupape d'admission (12), où une collerette (6) enferme contre l'action d'un ressort de renvoi (5) un piston mobile muni d'un gicleur traversant la collerette, à canal axial fermé par une soupape d'échappement à clapet interne (4), tarée par un ressort. Le gicleur (3) possède en partie haute un épaulement interne (33), son extrémité inférieure s'élargissant au contraire sous la collerette en un collet (30) sur lequel s'emboîte par son bord supérieur (25) une douille (2) qui sert extérieurement de garniture d'étanchéité du piston, délimitant en outre une chambre intérieure (26) où le clapet d'échappement se trouve logé, son culot (22) percé d'un orifice axial (23) servant de siège annulaire audit clapet dont le ressort de rappel (41), introduit avec lui par le bas, se place à l'intérieur. Cette pompe procure une excellente pulvérisation. <IMAGE>
