Abstract (en)

The item feed supplies the items to be packaged to the packaging sleeve (14) at a given relative spacing (L), with the transport rate of the items matched to the transport rate of the packaging sleeve. The relative spacing between the items is reduced by reducing the transparent rate of the packaging sleeve during the gap between the successive items, with a processor pref. controlling the respective transport drives (M1,M2,M3) for the packaged items, the packaging sleeve and the longitudinal and transverse sealing devices.

Aufeinanderfolgende und mit jeweils einer Lücke (L) beabstandete Gegenstände oder Gegenstandsgruppen werden an einen längs- und querversiegelbaren Verpackungsschlauch (14) übergeben. In einem Taktabschnitt wird bei verminderter Geschwindigkeit des Verpackungsmaterials (18) die Lücke (L) zwischen zwei Gegenständen (11',11) verkleinert. Die Abzugsgeschwindigkeit hinkt somit jeweils in einem Zeitbereich jedes Taktes bezüglich der Fördergeschwindigkeit der in den Schlauch (14) einzuführenden Gegenstände oder Gegenstandsgruppen. <IMAGE>
