Abstract (en)
The device prevents the outflow of unburnt gas, and is connected to a system igniting the gas and cutting it off if the flame goes out. The resistance is in the burner plate (2) between electrical connections (1) and is of the same material as the plate. The latter can be ceramic, with silicon carbide fibres woven into it, a bundle of these forming the resistance, while the contacts can be on the plate underside. Resistances independent of each other can be provided on the plate edge and inside it. They can be connected to an evaluation unit detecting a supply failure or short circuit from the speed of alteration of the amount of resistance.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sicherheitseinrichtung für Gasstrahlungsbrenner (3) mit einer elektrischen Zündsicherung gegen unverbraucht abströmendes Gas und damit in Wirkverbindung stehenden Einrichtungen zum Zünden des Gases bzw. Unterbrechen der Gaszufuhr bei Erlöschen der Flamme, bei welcher die Zündsicherung in einfacher Weise aus einem in der Brennerplatte (2) mittels elektrischer Anschlüsse (4) kontaktierten und begrenzten Temperaturmeßwiderstand aus dem Brennermaterial besteht. <IMAGE>
