Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0708578A2] The connection lead (21) extends between a stationary terminal provided by the loudspeaker cone and a respective wire end (24) of the loudspeaker coil. The end of the connection lead which is coupled to the wire end has an applied temp.-resistant plastics foil (25) extending across the connection point on one side, this foil mechanically secured to the loudspeaker membrane or the coil carrier for stabilising the connection lead. Pref. the connection lead is coupled to the wire end via an ultrasonic welding technique, with the coupled ends of at least two connection leads provided with a common plastics foil.
