Abstract (en)
The bin (1) has a lid which is hinged to one of its upper edges so that it can occupy two positions - one covering the open top of the bin, and the other suspended vertically from its hinges adjacent to the bin's outer surface. The bin is equipped with damper which make contact with the lid at least in its open position. Each damper comprises a block (7) of an elastically deformable material with one end (9) forming a stop for the bin lid, mounted on a support (10) which is connected to the bin adjacent to hinge or on a lug (10) which is connected to the bin adjacent to a hinge or on a lug (6) which forms part of the hinge. The other end (8) of the block acts as a stop for the lid to prevent it from banging when it is closed.

L'invention concerne un bac pour la collecte de déchets comportant une cuve et un couvercle monté pivotant sur des charnières solidaires d'une des parois latérales de la cuve, entre une position de fermeture dans laquelle il repose directement sur la cuve et une position d'ouverture dans laquelle il est suspendu verticalement par ses charnières, en étant sensiblement parallèle à ladite paroi latérale de la cuve. Le bac comporte, montés sur la cuve (1), des moyens d'amortissement contre lesquels le couvercle (4) vient prendre appui au moins dans sa position d'ouverture, ces moyens d'amortissement étant constitués par une pièce élastiquement déformable (7) dont une extrémité forme une butée d'appui pour le couvercle, ladite pièce étant portée par un support rapporté sur la cuve au voisinage des charnières (5) du couvercle (4). <IMAGE>
