Abstract (en)

In the treatment of Al (alloy) melts, 1,3,5-trichloro-1,3,5-triazin-2,4,6-trione (I) is added to remove metallic impurities, H2 and oxidic plankton. Also claimed is (I) as agent for treating Al (alloy) melts, opt. mixed with inert additive and/or oxidant.

Abstract (de)

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Entfernung von Wasserstoff, oxidischem Plankton und metallischen Spurenverunreinigungen aus Schmelzen von Aluminium und seinen Legierungen beschrieben. Es basiert auf der gleichzeitigen in situ -Bildung von Chlor im status nascendi, von Kohlenmonoxid und von Stickstoff, die aus einer Mischung, die als Wirkkomponente 1, 3, 5 Trichlor - 1, 3, 5 triazin - 2, 4, 6 trion enthält, freigesetzt werden.
