[origin: EP0709531A1] The expendable component (E) has spacers (11) protruding from one side of the roughly vertical protective surface (10) in which the apertures (14) are formed. The spacers secure it to one or more reinforcing members (4), and leave passages (19) free through which filling with concrete takes place. An insulating plate (P) can be fixed to the protective surface on the opposite side to the spacers. The protective surface can be a strip with lengthwise and transverse struts with a sheet-metal plate fixed between them and preferably of expanded metal to form the apertures. The spacers are fixed and preferably welded to the struts.
