[origin: EP0709568A1] A lengthwise drilling (37) in the rotary distributor (2) connects a high-pressure chamber (11) with a control position (39) in it. The drilling is formed in the distributor from one end and then sealed off from the outside by a plug (45). The latter is cylindrical, being inserted in a transverse drilling (46) intersecting the lengthwise one and at least of the same diameter. The plug is prevented from moving in the drilling, in which it is typically a press-fit. Alternatively, it can be glued in place. There can also be a component (29) enclosing the rotor at the transverse drilling and forming a wall preventing the plug sliding out. The component can contain a recess, while the plug is longer than its drilling, protruding from it to form a driving dog engaging in the recess.
