[origin: WO9532090A1] A filter wrapper (26) for an elongated flexible draining core has flow paths through which the pressed-out liquid flows out of the pressing chamber of a press. An elastically deformable moulded part (29) with a ring-shaped bead (22) is fixed to one end of the filter wrapper (26) to mount the filter wrapper (26) and the draining core by one or both ends to the press. The moulded part (29) is coated with an elastomer that unseparably joins it to the fabric of the filter wrapper (26) and the bead (22) is automatically positioned in a groove (24) of a retaining body (23) by pre-stressing.
