Abstract (en)

They consist in relating each container (1), of the sort which can be placed under the base (3) of a mattress, to the legs (2) of the said base and being capable of tilting horizontally, each leg (2) acting as and solely as a spin axis, since both the weight of each container (1) and the weight of its contents rest directly upon the floor by means of a series of rolling supports (4), in a manner such that the container or the containers (1), formed in the rear half of the base (3), can be reached both via one of the sides of the bed and via the area defined at the foot of the bed. The containers (1) will be provided with handles (14) to permit them to be drawn and one of their front sides (16) may optionally be made lowerable, whilst, also optionally, the containers may be equipped with upper lids (26), also hinge-connected to the corresponding legs (2), and which may be used both as a means for closing the containers (1) and as auxiliary tables. <IMAGE>
