Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0710506A1] The nozzle has an internal ring channel (6), connected to a ring of bores (8). An air deflection plate (9) is located within the channel, opposite to the bores. The plate may be circular and formed integrally with a paint nozzle (11), which carries the bores. The nozzle can be fitted into a round nozzle insert of the arrangement (1). The front section (13) of the nozzle may form the inner wall of the ring channel. The outer wall (15) of the channel can be formed by an air flap (16), which is fastened to the nozzle inset. The outer wall may continuously decrease in size from the bores to the ring gap (5).
