Prodn. of metallic mouldings comprises moulding a diecast compsn. contg. a metal carbonyl powder and a metal (alloy) powder of Cr, Mn, V, Si, Ti or other oxidn.-sensitive metal, releasing, and sintering. The die cast compsn. itself is also claimed. Further claimed are the sintered metallic mouldings produced.

Metallische Formkörper werden aus einer Spritzgußmasse, die mindestens ein Carbonylmetallpulver und mindestens ein Elementpulver von Metallen aus der Gruppe Cr, Mn, V, Si, Ti oder von anderen mindestens ebenso oxidationsempfindlichen Metallen enthält, geformt, entbindert und gesintert. Statt eines Elementpulvers kann auch ein die entsprechenden Metalle enthaltendes Legierungspulver verwendet werden.
