The positioning drive uses a brushless DC electric motor (1,2), preceded by a positioning control which compares the actual position with the required position for controlling the electric motor. The motor includes a rotor position indicator (3) and cooperating sensors (S1,S2,S3), providing signals used by the commutator control (4) for the motor and as the actual position signals for the positioning control. Pref. the motor is coupled to the positioned element via a play-free drive.

Ein Positionierantrieb innerhalb einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere für Registerfernverstellungen, Farbdosiereinrichtungen und dgl., bestehend aus einem elektrisch ansteuerbaren Motor sowie einer vorgeschalteten Positioniersteuerung soll bautechnisch und kostengünstig verbessert werden. Erfindungsgemäß gelingt dies dadurch, daß der Motor (1,2) als bürstenloser Gleichstrommotor ausgebildet ist, der einen Lagegeber (3) sowie Sensoren (S1, S2, S3) aufweist, die in Verbindung mit einer Kommutatorsteuerung (4) stehen, und daß der Positioniersteuerung (6) eine Lagegeberauswertung (5) vorgeschaltet ist, welche mit den Sensoren (S1, S2, S3) in Verbindung steht, mittels der aus den Signalen der Sensoren (S1, S2, S3) die Ist-Stellung das durch den Rotor (1) angetriebenen Gliedes ermittelbar ist. <IMAGE>
