Abstract (en)
[origin: WO9503693A1] A method for obtaining human hematopoietic stem cells is provided by separation of the stem cells from dedicated cells by virtue of a novel stem cell marker. The cells obtained are provided. The isolated cells demonstrate increased proliferative potential.
