[origin: EP0711696A1] The garage (1) is for the vehicles (5) of a cable railway which slowly circulate around the platform of a station rail (2), having been uncoupled from the conveyor cable (9). It has several parallel parking rails (3) arranged in a rectangle, with a feeder rail (4) between the station rail and the parking rails. Exit points and entry points are arranged between the station rail and feeder rails. Points (7) are arranged between each parking rail and the rails feeding in and out, and conveyor devices bring the vehicles from these station rail via the feeder rail to the parking rails and back again. Between the feeder rail (41) feeding the station rail and the feeder rail (42) removing vehicles from it, a crossing (6) is provided controlled with two points pieces (6).
