Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0711707A1] The flat package blanks (2) are stacked upright in the magazine (6). The blanks' front parts (F,D) on the conveyor belt (11) protrude beyond the plane (13) of the conveyor belt which has a part (17) taking the periodic entry of a pair (16) of carriers (16',16") spaced apart by the blank's size. The to and fro moving feeder (24-34) picks up the blanks' protruding parts in a first end position; moves between an inserted pair of carriers; and releases them in a second end position. The pair of carriers' entry part contains guides (23) parallel to the conveyor belt and gripping over the side edges (S) of the blank's next (B) part positioned on the conveyor belt's plane. The magazine's base (7) supporting the blanks is height adjustable to the conveyor belt.
