Ein Dampfbügeleisen (11) mit einem Gehäuse (12) und einer daran angeordneten Bügeleisensohle (20) weist eine Verdampfungskammer (17) auf, die Dampf erzeugt, der über Dampfkanäle (19) zu Dampfaustrittslöchern (21) in einer Bügelsohle (20) strömt und auf das Bügelgut austritt, wobei zwischen der Verdampfungskammer (17) und den Dampfaustrittslöchern (21) wenigstens eine Kalkabscheidevorrichtung (18) vorgesehen ist. <IMAGE>
