Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0712589A1] The ski boot fastener comprises a hook (10) inserted between two bars (7), of an assembly of identical parallel cylindrical bars (1). The bars are mounted in a runner, formed by two parallel opposite grooves, and engaged so that they can rotate by their ends in the grooves. There is a clearance between the bars equal to the hook thickness (e). The piece receiving the hook is fixed onto the boot and has a rectangular cut-out in the opposite sides of which are formed the grooves. The grooves exit on the lower side of the piece in order to allow introduction of the bars into the grooves before fixing onto the boot.
