[origin: EP0712688A2] A static, trough-shaped tank (1) contains an endless conveyor belt (2) which circulates a grinding or polishing medium for deburring, satinising and polishing metal goods, partic. stainless steel goods. A semi-cylindrical basket (3) fitting the tank has two handles (10) and contains the materials to be polished and/or the polishing medium. The basket which may be of wire mesh or cloth or perforated plate, is rotated by the rollers (5a,5b,5c) and the belt and picks up polishing or grinding material.
