[origin: EP0712972A1] The concrete body (10) is made from a first concrete matrix which contains concrete rods (1,11,13) which are made from a second concrete matrix. The rods may have different cross sections and different lengths and are relatively smaller than the concrete body. The concrete matrix (1) encloses a tensioning element (2) which may consist of a non-rusting material such as glass fibre, carbon or plastics. The end anchor points (3) may be produced by a thickening of the reinforcing material, or by another material.
