[origin: EP0713692A1] The apparatus (10) has a roller-mounted frame (11) with a holder for the user, which sinks for a limited amount against spring action under the user's weight. Leg rails (14) attached to the holder have straps (35) for the legs, and knee-joints (15), which are lockable in the extended position. The holder can consist of a dish (12) accommodating the pelvis, and to the outside of which the outer leg rail sections are attached by hip joints. Inner rail sections on the outer ones can have knee joints level with those of the latter.
