[origin: EP0713767A1] The arrangement includes a circulation system (UI) to provide moisturiser to a moisturiser application device, and a coolant fluid circulation system (UII) to provide coolant for a roll-cooling device. Each circulation system has its own heat exchanger (3,4). The heat exchangers are supplied with coolant fluid from a freezing mixture with switchable compressor which has coolant feedback. The cold created can thus be applied solely to the moisturiser, solely to the coolant, or to both at once.
