[origin: EP0713906A1] In recycling synthetic waste in a steam cracker, the waste is melted under inert conditions, and converted to prods. at 370-550 degrees C. A distillate fraction is sepd. from the prods. at 150-280 degrees C and fed to a steam cracker as feed.
