Abstract (en)
The plank has a steel strip (11), which is resistant to tension load, extending along the whole length of it on the underside. Its ends (11a) are bent round those of the plank, against whose top surface they bear, being secured by hollow rivets (12) resistant to tension load, and which pass through the plank. The strip can be roughly 50mm wide, and it and the end sections can fit in a flat groove formed in the plank. There can be a further steel strip screwed to the plank top surface, its ends being riveted to the first strip at the plank's underside.

Um die Tragfähigkeit der Gerüstbohle zu erhöhen ist ein stahlband (11) an der Bohlenunterseite in Längsmitte über die gesamte Länge durchgehend angeschraubt. Die Endabschnitte (11a) sind um die Kanten herumgeführt, liegen an der Bohlenoberseite an und sind mit durchgehenden Hohlnieten (12) mit dem Stahlband an der Bohlenunterseite verbunden. Da das Stahlband in der Zugzone liegt, werden statische und dynamische Kräfte aufgenommen, so daß die Bohle, auch wenn das Holz brechen sollte, noch tragfähig ist. <IMAGE>
