Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0714848A2] The lift (1) is provided with ladder sections (2) with a ladder foot (10) equipped with a floor support plate (9), and which forms a vertical connection. The ladder foot is formed to telescope in relation to the floor support plate. A change of direction curve is coupled and locked by both ends to the ladder sections. The ladder section adjacent to the curve and reaching into the building is fixed by tensioning supports (12,14), and the motor (6) for the haulage cable (7) is built onto the outermost end of the ladder section extending into the building.
