Abstract (en)
The device has equipment which holds a blade with a cutting edge, and which can be fixed onto the end of a sheathed stressing member, such as a rod leading through an anchoring device. The cutting edge can be brought into contact with the sheath and can cut it at a desired position inside the device, when the equipment is rotated about the rod. The device may have a case with conical, front, external surfaces, for inserting into the anchoring device. It may also have equipment for moving the blade from a first position within the casing, to a second position outside the casing with the cutting edge of the blade projecting to the desired cutting position.

Zum Aufschneiden einer ein Spannglied (16), insbesondere eine sogenannte "Fettlitze", umgebenden Ummantelung (14) an einer sonst nicht zugänglichen Stelle innerhalb einer Verankerungsvorrichtung (20) dient eine ein Messer (25) mit einer Schneidkante haltende Einrichtung (11), die in einem auf dem ummantelten Spannglied (16) drehbar anzuordnenden länglichen Gehäuse (23) angeordnet ist. Die Vorrichtung (11) kann auf einem bereits positionierten, d.h. in eine Verankerungsvorrichtung (20) eingeführten ummantelten Spannglied (16) so angesetzt werden, daß die Schneidkante des Messers (25) in die zum Ansetzen eines Verankerungskeils bestimmte konische Bohrung (18) hineinreicht und durch Drehen der Vorrichtung (11) einen ringförmigen Schnitt in der Ummantelung (14) erzeugt, so daß diese von dem über die Verankerungsvorrichtung (20) hinausragenden Ende des Spannglieds (16) abgezogen werden kann. <IMAGE>
