Abstract (en)

The pump has a pair of flexible membranes (26,28) which are mechanically coupled together and attached to respective piston rods (66,68), positioned coaxially on opposite sides of a guide frame (64). The displacement spaces are each coupled to the suction connection (50) on one side and the pressure connection (60) on the other side, via respective non-return valves (46,48,52,54). The frame has at least one linear guide (84,86) for a seating (88) for a crankshaft bearing pin. Pref. the guides are supplied by circular rods fitting through respective bores (90,92) in the seating.

Doppelmembranpumpe, bei der die im Verdrängungsraum angeordneten flexiblen Membranen mit einer Kolbenstange verbunden und mechanisch gekoppelt sind, wobei die Verdrängungsräume mit dem Saugstutzen einerseits und dem Druckstutzen andererseits über Rückschlagventile verbunden sind, wobei jede Membran mit einer Kolbenstange verbunden ist, die koaxial verlaufend an gegenüberliegenden Seiten an einem Führungsrahmen angebracht sind, der mindestens eine lineare Führung aufweist für einen Kulissenstein, der seinerseits drehbar den Lagerzapfen einer Kurbelwelle lagert. <IMAGE>
