Abstract (en)

The rocker switch is housed in the modular box (1) which is moulded and has enclosed wire connectors (20,21) at each end. There is a central sliding section (40) inclined at an angle to the box wall. The slider has moving contacts (34,35). There are fixed contacts (30E,31D), making contact with the sliding contacts. A manual switch (4) is housed in the top of the modular unit, and attached to the sliding unit by a block (7), to move the slider up and down and make contact.

Un interrupteur à bascule renferme, dans un boîtier modulaire (1), de forme globalement parallélépipédique, deux circuits s'étendant parallèlement aux grandes faces latérales du boîtier. Chacun de ces circuits comprend deux contacts fixes et un contact mobile adapté à relier ces derniers. Tous les contacts mobiles sont portés par un même coulisseau (40), adapté à se déplacer en translation sous la commande d'une manette (4), parallèlement aux grandes faces latérales du boîtier, selon une direction inclinée par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de ce dernier. <IMAGE>
