[origin: EP0716819A1] The hollow main part (1) contains an axially movable, compressible gripper (8) one end of which is joined to a button (13) and which is enclosed by a sleeve (9) itself enclosed by a spring (12). A fixed annular sleeve (7) joined to the main part acts as thrust piece for the gripper. The sleeve has a counter-disc (17) for clamping fabric (19). A bottom part (2) consists of a spherical, had (21) hollowed out underneath, and counter disc (24) clamping fabric (25) against an outer disc (23). The main part has a sleeve (4) one end of which leads into a disc (3) on which the bottom end of the button rests. Between the disc and the bottom button end is a sealing disc (26). An extra sealing disc (27) is buttoned over the spherical head of the bottom part.
