Abstract (en)
The removal system handles sheets of non-ferromagnetic material. Before gripping of the uppermost sheet on a pile of sheets, several positionable jets of compressed air (10) are directed at the dividing line between the uppermost sheet and the sheet immediately underneath it. After gripping the uppermost sheet the suction grippers are moved vertically upwards. The air jets blowing at the seam swivel upwards to follow the altered direction of the sheet.

Der Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, nach dem ein funktionssicheres, lärmarmes und kostengünstiges Entstapeln von Platinen aus nichtferromagnetischen Werkstoffen mittels Druckluft ohne mechanische Einwirkungen auf die Platinen möglich ist, wobei ein hoher Staudruck erzeugt werden und der Luftstrahl richtungsveränderlich auch während des Hebehubes des Sauggreifers auf die zu hebende Platine wirken soll. Erfindungsgemäß blasen vor dem Abgreifen der obersten Platine vom Platinenstapel (20) mehrere positionierbare Druckluftdüsen (10) auf die Trennfuge zwischen oberster und darunter befindlicher Platine und führen nach dem Abgreifen der obersten Platine während des Aufwärtshubes des Sauggreifers (4) eine Schwenkbewegung nach oben aus, wodurch die Trennfuge aus sich veränderter Richtung angeblasen wird. <IMAGE>
