Abstract (en)
The starter consists of a drive housing (10) with a sleeve (12) which slides on the starter shaft and has a first end (16) which is extended radially to form a disc-shaped wall (18) co-operating with a drive ring (24) situated close to the other free end of the sleeve to form a space which receives the end of the control lever. The ring (24) is mounted on a cylindrical assembly surface (30) with a radial play relative to a shoulder (32). The free end of the sleeve (26) has a pre-assembly positioning surface (34) which is of smaller diameter than that of the cylindrical assembly surface (30). The assembly and positioning surfaces are linked by an intermediate cylindrical section with a diameter in between those of the two adjacent surfaces and e.g. conical in shape.

Démarreur de véhicule automobile du type comportant un lanceur sur lequel agit une extrémité d'un levier de commande, et qui comprend un manchon (12) monté coulissant sur l'arbre du lanceur qui reçoit l'extrémité du levier de commande, et du type dans lequel la rondelle (24) est montée sur une portée cylindrique de montage (30) avec un jeu radial déterminé et en appui axial contre un épaulement radial (32) du manchon, la seconde extrémité libre (26) du manchon comportant au moins une portée (34) de positionnement avant montage dont le diamètre (D2) est inférieur à celui (D1) de la portée cylindrique de montage. <IMAGE>
