[origin: WO9507206A1] The invention concerns a saddle-supporting tube for a two-wheeled vehicle, in particular a bicycle, the saddle-supporting tube incorporating an air-pump insert fitted with a valve head. The saddle-supporting tube forms the pressure cylinder of the pump inside which a pusher rod with a piston is disposed, the pusher rod (4) being fitted with the valve head (7). The pump pressure cylinder (1) can be taken out of the bicycle frame tube (9) and closed at the end. The air compressed by the pusher rod (4) in the cylinder passes through the pusher rod (4) to the valve head (7).
