Abstract (en)
In the recovery of a usable gas, by pyrolysis of waste and rubbish, the heat required for pyrolysis is provided by a gas in direct contact with the material. A cracked gas from the gas converter (5) is taken as a part stream to carry heat to the pyrolysing gas. Also claimed is an assembly with a cracked gas channel (22) from the gas converter (5) back to the entry zone of the pyrolysing drum (2) for carrying out process above.

Bei einem Verfahren zur Gewinnung von verwertbarem Gas aus Müll durch Pyrolyse wird der zerkleinerte Müll in eine gasdicht abgeschlossene Pyrolysetrommel eingebracht. In der Pyrolysetrommel wird Pyrolysegas erzeugt und vom gleichzeitig gebildeten Pyrolysereststoff abgetrennt. Das erzeugte Pyrolysegas wird in einem Gaswandler unter Zufuhr von Luft und in Gegenwart eines glühenden Koksbettes zu einem Spaltgas gespalten. Die zur Durchführung der Pyrolyse benötigte Wärme wird durch ein Gas in direktem Kontakt mit dem zu pyrolysierenden Gut übertragen. Für für diese Übertragung der Wärme auf das zu pyrolysierende Gas wird ein Teilstrom des aus dem Gaswandler austretenden Spaltgases genutzt.
