Abstract (en)
The filter has a ceramic substrate (1) onto which a pair of stripline resonators (2) are formed. Coupling metal surfaces (3) are electrically isolated (4) on the underside. Metallic pads (5) are formed on the topside with through hole contacts (6). Capacitive coupling between the surfaces (3) on one side and the strip resonators on the other is obtained. The metallic surfaces are produced by photo etching.

Ein Streifenleitungsfilter besitzt zumindest einen auf einer Oberflächenseite eines Keramiksubstrats (1) angeordneten Streifenleitungsresonator (2). Ferner sind kapazitive Ankopplungsstrukturen (3 bis 6) zur Ein- bzw. Ankopplung eines HF-Signals vorgesehen. Die Ankopplungsstrukturen (3 bis 6) werden dadurch gebildet, daß Ankopplungsmetallflächen (3) ausgebildet werden, die durch galvanische Trennung (4) von der Massemetallisierung abgetrennt sind. Diese Metallflächen (3) sind durch innenmetallisierte Durchgangslöcher (6) mit Metallflächen (5) galvanisch verbunden, die auf der Seite mit den Streifenleitungsresonatoren (2) angeordnet sind. <IMAGE>
