The connector rail (2a) is made of a non-metallic material, in intimate contact with a metal housing part (5) and receiving a series of metal inserts, reach having a socket sleeve (2) at one side and a contact pin (2b) at the other side. The part of the connector rail housing in contact with the metal housing part has a metallised coating (M), with a resin sealing mass (7) extending across the end from which the contact pins project. Pref. the heat expansion coefficient of the metallised coating lies between that of the metal housing part and the material of the connector rail.

Eine Steckerleiste ( 2a ) für die dichte Verbindung mit metallischen Gehäuseteilen ( 5 ) besteht aus einem nichtmetallischen Werkstoff und besitzt eine Reihe von metallischen Durchführungen, die an der einen Seite jeweils eine Buchse ( 2 ) und an der anderen Seite einen Kontaktpin ( 2b ) aufweisen. Die Dichtheit der Verbindung wird hierbei dadurch erreicht, daß die Steckerleiste ( 2a ) an ihren mit den Metallteilen ( 5 ) des Gehäuses in Berührung kommenden Flächen in Form einer Metallbeschichtung ( M ) metallisiert ist und an der die Kontaktpins ( 2b ) aufweisenden Fläche mit einer abdichtenden Vergußmasse ( 7 ) belegt ist. <IMAGE>
